Return Policy


Refund/return policy information

Thank you for shopping at minilolo.com and for choosing our products. We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you would like to return or change your product, we are happy to help!

In order for us to refund you for your purchase, the product should:

  • Remain in their original packaging and labels attached.
  • Have not been altered or used in any way.
  • Have not been washed.
  • Be purchased within 14 days of return enquiry.

If product has been ordered online:

Please contact our customer service by email at info@minilolo.com and provide the following details:

  • Full name/number of the product.
  • Your order number (starting with # on top of your enclosed receipt).
  • The reason for returning the product.

If you wish to exchange it for a different product, please tell us which product you would like us to send you.

When we receive the returned product we will issue you with a full refund for all payments received from you, including delivery - NOT the cost of returning the item to us. The amount paid will be refunded to you 14 days from we have received the goods from you.
If you take the product for use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature of product, we reserve the right to reduce the repayment or cancel the refunding payment completely.

How we refund you?

1. As soon as we have received the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know we have received it.
2. We will refund you using the payment method you used to pay for the product.

If product has been purchased at a physical store:

Please return to place of purchase.

We cannot guarantee the refund of the product if it was bought from stores as they will have their own refund policies. If in Australia, however, please contact us and we will try to do our best to refund or exchange your product.
